Shipping & returns

SHIPPING

Currently we offer shipping to all EU countries.

For national orders (Netherlands): orders placed before 2 P.M. on working days will be shipped the same day. Delivery time may take 1-2 business days.

For international orders (EU countries): the shipping time may take 1-2 business days, and consider that it may take around 3-5 business days (in total) to be delivered to you, from the day you order to the day it arrives.
UK BREXIT update: due to the new customs import procedures severe delays with UK deliveries can occur. Unfortunately we cannot influence this.

Please consider the above when placing your order.
Most orders are delivered in time, but please allow for delays due to COVID-19 regulations.
We will do our utmost best to deliver your order in time.

SHIPPING COST

For national orders (Netherlands): for all orders above €49, shipping is FREE.
For orders of €49,- and under, we charge a flat rate for shipping of €3,95.

For international orders (EU countries): for all orders above €149,-, shipping is FREE
For orders of €149,- and under, we charge a flat rate for shipping of €10,- to Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany
For orders of €149,- and under, we charge a flat rate for shipping of €15,- to rest of EU countries.


TRACKING INFO

Once your order ships, you will receive an update with your tracking number from PostNL. Please note that all the shipments can be tracked via PostNL at www.postnl.nl

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Once your order is paid and you have received an order confirmation, your order will be processed. At this point, it is not possible to cancel or change your order anymore. Please review your order carefully before confirming and submitting payment.

If you do not want to keep your order once you received it, you can choose to reject the package from the courier or you may return the package to us. In accordance with the consumer and user defense regulation: once purchased the customer will have 14 days to execute his or her right of withdrawal since product reception. Any return shipping fees would be on your expense. Items returned must be in their original packaging and not used. Once we receive your package in our warehouse, we will refund you the amount of the order minus shipping fees. We cannot refund any items that are used, incomplete, ruined, damaged, or dirty.

Should you receive a defective product, please provide us with photos and videos of the problem and we will be happy to replace this for you (at our expense). Please contact us at info@laqdor.com directly if you encounter this and we will be happy to assist you!

If your package is extremely delayed (as can happen sometimes with international shipments), you may contact us if you prefer a refund on your order. We can provide refunds on the product cost + the shipping cost, if the package can be returned to us and/or the delay of the shipping is due to our fault or the fault of our shipping agent. However, we cannot provide full refunds if the package is still on its way to your address, or if the package is undeliverable due to the mailing address being submitted incorrectly to us. In these cases, the shipping fee may not be refunded to you. Please check your address details carefully when submitting your order. Refunds related to shipping delays will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
